What we offer in our hotel is a rich buffet typical of Riccione , of those that combine esplanade and coffee, muffins and juices, waffles and soy milk . And then, of course, local cheeses and cured meats, cold pasta, fruit salads… and imagination!
The desserts are homemade, we have the classic cakes and pies, but some more original preparations created by the chef, alongside DOC specialties such as donuts and brioches, waffles, muffins and pancakes with an international flavor.
In addition, a savory buffet with a Romagna corner: cold pasta, rice salad, pizza and spianata - as in Riccione we like to define the classic focaccia - to be filled with local cheeses and cured meats at zero km , carefully chosen from the best in the area.
Our brunch is not only abundant but also attentive to the line :
- fruit is never lacking: fresh, dried or dehydrated;
- the Wellness Corner offers yoghurt, muesli and cereals;
- partially skimmed milk is accompanied by rice, soy and oat drinks and many quality juices.
