The secret of the success of each dish undeniably lies in the quality of the material that composes it.
Following this simple assumption, our Chef personally follows the selection of the best fresh products between meat and fish , for example the fresh catch of the day or untreated meats, seasonal vegetables and fruit and zero km.

Every self-respecting emotion needs the right setting. For this reason we have also taken care of the aesthetic rendering of the spacious and bright dining room , and of the beautiful new external porch , overlooking the sea.

Lunch offers a rich Brunch Buffet: a hot first course, a cold first course and a second course different every day, salads and fresh vegetables, stuffed piadine romagnole, homemade stuffed focaccia, cold cuts and cheese boards, seasonal vegetables, fruit and ice cream.

Dinner, also buffet-style, will feature five first courses and five main courses each evening, cooked with the freshest produce and accompanied by side dishes and mouth-watering starters and desserts.
