The garden is ideal for enjoying a rich and fresh breakfast letting yourself be caressed by the first rays of the sun , or for relaxing in the evening , returning from the beach or after a dip in the pool.

Around the heated crystal clear water pool (28 ° - 30 °), you will find ergonomic beds and deck chairs to welcome you for afternoons of absolute rest, including reading a good book, a magazine or a session in the sun. To amplify your well-being, we also wanted hydromassage jets and waterfalls inside the pool to revitalize the neck and shoulders .

The cuisine, prepared for more than fifteen years by our chef Gianluca Sarnicola and his brigade, blends the classic taste of the famous Romagna cuisine with the flavors of creative and international cuisine . The basis of our menus is fish, the fruit of our splendid sea , prepared by the expert hands of our staff.

Rich choice of appetizers, à la carte menu different every day, consisting of five first and five second courses.

Everything is homemade starting from top quality and very fresh ingredients , from bread of different wholemeal flours, to cereals, kamut, egg pasta, cakes, spoon desserts and ice cream produced directly by us by hand.

Thanks to the video surveillance garage , built under the beautiful Lungomare della Libertà, which can be accessed directly from the hotel lobby , our guests can leave their car safe .

The video-monitored garage of the Hotel Roma is equipped with cameras for total control of the area , and was built according to the current fire prevention regulations.

Once the car is parked , our staff will pick up your luggage and take it directly to your room.
